Referral Network Referral Submission

Please use this form to submit a referral to the Realty Partners Referral Network. When referring an opportunity to our network through this referral form, you will be paid a 25% referral commission, without any fees, splits or other deductions. To submit an out-of-network referral to any agent in the US or Canada, subject to a commission split, please use this form here instead.

You have two options in submitting your referral request:

Option A - We will identify the best agent for you

Our support staff will submit your referral to the most suitable agent in our network. We will verify that the agent is available to serve your customer immediately, and provide the agent with your referral's details as well as confirm back to you once the referral was submitted, along with the agent's contact details. In determining the best agent for your referral we may interview multiple agents and ensure best match for your opportunity. This option will save you time while ensuring that you are fully kept in the loop on your referral

Option B - We will provide list of matching agents to you

We will identify suitable agents in our referral network, ensure that each of them has executed a referral agreement and advise them of the name of your referral only, along with your contact details. We will forward you a list of matching agents and then it is up to you to contact them and decide which one you would like to send your referral's details to.

Under Option A we will also follow up with the referral agent as well as your referral to ensure that the referral opportunity is worked properly.

Submission of this referral to Realty Partners Referrals LLC (RPR) will be subject to the referral agreement in place.You will receive a net 25% referral fee of any total gross commission income received by the broker / agent to which this referral is made by RPR.
